DELIVERY & RETURNS
It reaches you with intent, if returned, it must return with intent. At Cipher Noir, Alpha Drop Ventures LLP delivers premium streetwear within India, coded in minimalism for those who reject noise. Our logistics are precise, ensuring your order arrives silently but purposefully. Returns and exchanges are handled with care, maintaining the integrity of our limited drops. We reserve the right to update this policy without notice, ensuring compliance with Indian e-commerce regulations.
Shipping
Orders placed before 02:00 PM IST typically ship the next day through our trusted shipping partner. Expect delivery in 3 – 10 business days, depending on your location. A tracking link is sent via email or WhatsApp once shipped. Delays may occur in remote areas, but your order will arrive. Provide an accurate address, as deliveries may be contactless and are automatically signed for where supported.
Returns
Initiate a return within 7 days if your item doesn’t align with your cipher. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. A ₹100 per item reverse pickup fee applies, deducted from the refund, unless the product is damaged or defective. Items in poor condition are declined. Email support@ciphernoir.in with your order ID to start; pickup is scheduled within 24–48 hours with up to three attempts, subject to availability. Excessive returns may incur additional fees under our Fair Usage Policy.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are allowed once per drop, if the size is available. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tagged. Due to limited capsules, stock isn’t guaranteed. Contact support@ciphernoir.in with your order ID and desired size for exchange instructions.
Refunds and Contact
Refunds for prepaid orders are credited to the original payment method within 3–7 working days after we receive and inspect your return, with a confirmation email sent upon processing. The ₹100 pickup fee is deducted unless the product is damaged. Shipping charges and reward points are non-refundable. Bank processing times may vary. For damages or issues, email support@ciphernoir.in or use our Site’s WhatsApp icon; we respond within 24–48 hours on working days.
